WestAce runs a casino, a live floor, a jackpot room, a sportsbook, live betting, virtual sports and horse racing on one account. Our casino welcome package is 400% up to €15,000 with 400 free spins, and the sportsbook opens with 100% up to €100.
Almost every offer WestAce publishes exists twice: once in euro and once in cryptocurrency. The two ladders are not copies of each other, and on the sports side the crypto ceiling is double the euro one, so the currency an account is funded in changes the size of the offer rather than only the unit it is quoted in.
Beside the bonuses WestAce runs three separate cashbacks, weekly and weekend reloads, a coin economy fed by challenges, a five-tier VIP Club and prize pools of €300,000, €100,000 and €50,000. Every figure below is one we publish.
| Offer | Euro version | Crypto version |
|---|---|---|
| Casino welcome | 400% up to €15,000 + 400 FS | 400% up to 20,000 USDT + 400 FS |
| Sport welcome | 100% up to €100 | 100% up to 200 USDT |
| Weekly casino reload | 70 free spins | 60% up to 1,000 USDT |
| Weekly sport reload | 60% up to €600 | 50% up to 500 USDT |
| Weekend casino reload | €500 + 70 free spins | 75% up to 750 USDT + 100 FS |
| Weekend sport reload | 55% up to €500 | 50% up to 1,000 USDT |
Six offers, twelve versions. Reading the two sides against each other is the quickest way to see how our programme is built, because the differences are deliberate rather than the result of a conversion rate.
The WestAce sports welcome offer is the clearest case. €100 on one side and 200 USDT on the other is a ceiling twice as large for an account funded in stablecoin, and the match rate stays at 100% in both.
The largest offer WestAce runs is the casino welcome package. It pays a 400% match to a ceiling of €15,000 and adds 400 free spins on top, which makes it four times the deposit rather than a fraction of it.

A 400% rate changes the arithmetic that most welcome offers follow. On a 100% match the bonus equals the deposit; on ours the bonus is four times the deposit, so the ceiling is reached at a quarter of the figure a 100% offer would need.
The free spin count sits at 400 regardless of where inside the range the deposit lands, so the spins are worth proportionally more to a smaller deposit than to one at the ceiling.
| Deposit | Match | Bonus released | Free spins |
|---|---|---|---|
| €100 | 400% | €400 | 400 |
| €500 | 400% | €2,000 | 400 |
| €1,000 | 400% | €4,000 | 400 |
| €2,500 | 400% | €10,000 | 400 |
| €3,750 | 400% | €15,000 | 400 |
€3,750 is the figure that reaches the top of the WestAce Casino welcome package. Anything above it still matches at 400% up to the same €15,000, so the ceiling rather than the rate decides where the offer stops.
The WestAce crypto version works identically at a different scale. A 400% match to 20,000 USDT is reached at 5,000 USDT, and the same 400 free spins are attached.
Every euro of deposit up to that point returns four euro of bonus, which is the strongest ratio anywhere in our programme and the reason this offer is claimed once rather than repeated.
On four of the six paired WestAce offers the crypto ceiling is higher than the euro one, and on two it is lower. That pattern is worth setting out plainly rather than leaving to a comparison of headline numbers.
The WestAce sports welcome offer doubles from €100 to 200 USDT. The weekend sports reload runs from €500 to 1,000 USDT, and the weekly casino reload replaces 70 free spins with a 60% match to 1,000 USDT, which is a different kind of offer rather than a larger one.
Going the other way, the weekend sports crypto rate of 50% sits below the euro rate of 55%, and the weekly sports crypto rate of 50% sits below the euro 60%. Higher ceilings and lower rates is the trade WestAce makes on the crypto side of the sportsbook.
The WestAce sportsbook opens with a first deposit bonus of 100% up to €100, or 100% up to 200 USDT for an account funded in stablecoin. It is the smallest welcome ceiling we publish and the only one that matches at parity.

Set against the WestAce casino package the difference is a factor of 150 at the ceiling. That gap reflects how the two products are wagered rather than how we value them, since a sports bonus and a casino bonus move through very different volumes of turnover.
A sports account and a casino account are the same account at WestAce, so both welcome offers sit on one registration, and the horse racing, virtual sports and live betting sections draw on the same balance.
| Reload | Casino | Sport | Crypto note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly | 70 free spins | 60% up to €600 | 60% to 1,000 USDT casino, 50% to 500 USDT sport |
| Weekend | €500 + 70 free spins | 55% up to €500 | 75% to 750 USDT + 100 FS casino, 50% to 1,000 USDT sport |
Two WestAce reload cycles run beside the welcome offers and neither of them expires. The weekly reload is available once a week and the weekend reload once a weekend, which means an account playing through a full month meets each of them four times.
On the WestAce casino side the weekend version adds €500 of cash to the same 70 free spins the weekly version pays. The spins are the constant and the money is what the weekend adds.
Reaching the WestAce sports ceilings takes €1,000 on the weekly reload at 60% and €909 on the weekend reload at 55%, so the weekend offer is cheaper to max out while paying €100 less.
The weekly WestAce sports reload pays 60% and the weekend one pays 55%, which looks backwards until the ceilings are read with them. The weekly ceiling is €600 and the weekend ceiling €500.
A higher rate against a higher ceiling is a larger offer in both directions, so the weekly reload is the bigger of the two on every measure except the deposit needed to reach the top.
On the crypto side the ordering flips. The weekend casino reload at 75% up to 750 USDT is the highest rate on any WestAce reload, and the weekend sports crypto ceiling of 1,000 USDT is double the weekly one.
| Cashback | Rate | Ceiling | Loss at which the ceiling binds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live Cashback | 25% | €200 | €800 |
| Daily Cashback | 15% | €250 | €1,667 |
| Sport Cashback | 10% | €500 | €5,000 |
WestAce runs cashback three times over rather than once, and the three are set against different parts of the account: live tables, casino play and sports betting.
Read the rate and the ceiling together and the pattern reverses. The highest rate carries the lowest ceiling and the lowest rate carries the highest, so the three offers reach their caps at €800, €1,667 and €5,000 of net loss respectively.
That spread of more than six to one between the live ceiling and the sports ceiling is the most consequential figure in our cashback structure, and it is invisible in the percentages on their own.
Three of those five carry six-figure or five-figure pools and together they account for €450,000. The other two are the smallest offers on our list, both at 50% and both capped at €50.
The WestAce €50 pair is aimed at a specific bet rather than at a deposit. Horse Racing Reload attaches to racing and Build your bet returns half a losing custom bet, which makes them conditional on how a stake is placed rather than on how much is paid in.
| Challenge set | Reward per challenge | Completion bonus | Total if all are finished |
|---|---|---|---|
| Casino weekly, 40 challenges | 30 coins | 500 coins at 20 of 40 | 1,700 coins |
| Sport weekly, 20 challenges | 20 coins | 500 coins at 20 of 20 | 900 coins |
Challenges are how coins enter a WestAce account. Each completed challenge pays a fixed number of coins, and finishing twenty of them adds a further 500 on top of whatever the individual challenges paid.
A WestAce casino challenge asks for 150 spins at a minimum bet of €0.30, which is €45 of turnover for 30 coins. A sports challenge asks for one bet at a minimum stake of €15.00 at odds of 2.0 or better, which is €15 of stake for 20 coins.
Divide the turnover by the coins and the two sides separate sharply. A casino coin costs €1.50 of turnover at the minimum bet; a sports coin costs €0.75 of stake.
Extended across a full week the gap widens. Finishing all forty casino challenges takes €1,800 of minimum-bet turnover for 1,700 coins, or €1.06 a coin. Finishing all twenty sports challenges takes €300 of stakes for 900 coins, or €0.33 a coin.
Both figures assume the minimum bet, and neither counts what the play itself returns. What they do show is that the coin economy rewards a bettor roughly three times faster than it rewards a slot player at the published minimums.
These four WestAce tasks run once rather than weekly and they price very differently from each other. Activating a bonus pays 10 coins for no turnover at all, which makes it the only coin award on our list with no stake behind it.
The two spin challenges look similar and are not. Fifty spins at €0.5 is €25 of turnover for 10 coins, or €2.50 a coin; five hundred spins at the same minimum is €250 for 30 coins, or €8.33 a coin, more than three times as expensive.
The x1000 award is the outlier. At 200 coins it pays twenty times what activating a bonus pays, and the minimum spin behind it is €0.1, the lowest figure attached to any WestAce challenge.
Coins are exchanged in the WestAce Shop, where the published reward ceiling is €1,000. Collections run alongside it, with €5,000 available for completing them, and the challenges programme advertises 15,000 coins in circulation across its tasks.
Putting those together gives the WestAce coin economy its own scale. It is a second currency inside the account, earned through play rather than bought, and spent on rewards rather than staked.
Nothing in the WestAce coin system replaces the bonuses. An account can hold an active deposit bonus, collect cashback and accumulate coins at the same time, because the three are counted separately.
The WestAce VIP Club runs across five named tiers, each divided into numbered levels reached with points. Joining costs one point, so the first level is a matter of opting in rather than of qualifying.

Four benefits are listed against the entry tier and two of them are open from the start: on-site promotions and round the clock live chat. Personalised offers and a personal VIP manager sit above Leather.
The published rewards figure for the club as a whole is €5,000, and the withdrawal limit attached to every Leather level is €5,000 as well, which is the one figure that does not move as the levels climb.
| Level | Points | Reward | Withdrawal limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 1 | join | €5,000 |
| 2 | 35 | €0.5 | €5,000 |
| 3 | 80 | €1 | €5,000 |
| 4 | 130 | €1.5 | €5,000 |
| 5 | 180 | €2 | €5,000 |
The reward rises by exactly €0.50 at every step while the points needed rise by 34, then 45, then 50, then 50. The reward ladder is linear and the point ladder is not.
Reaching level five means collecting €5 of rewards in total for 180 points. The withdrawal limit stays at €5,000 throughout, so nothing about the payout ceiling changes inside the entry tier.
Divide the reward by the points required and the direction becomes clear. Level two pays about 1.43 cents a point, level three about 1.25, level four about 1.15 and level five about 1.11.
Every step up the WestAce Leather ladder therefore returns slightly less per point than the step before it, even though the cash reward itself rises. The value is in reaching the tier above rather than in the individual level rewards.
That is how a tiered club is meant to work, and we publish the figures rather than describing the tiers in adjectives, because the arithmetic is the honest version of what a level is worth.
| Route | Type | Minimum | Maximum |
|---|---|---|---|
| Withdraw to Card | card | €10 | €3,000 |
| Skrill | e-wallet | €10 | €5,000 |
| Mifinity | e-wallet | €10 | €2,500 |
| Bitcoin | cryptocurrency | €60 | €5,000 |
| Ethereum | cryptocurrency | €20 | €5,000 |
| Litecoin | cryptocurrency | €20 | €5,000 |
| BitCoinCash | cryptocurrency | €20 | €5,000 |
| USDT on ERC20, TRC20, BEP20 and Solana | cryptocurrency | €20 | €5,000 |
| USDC and USDC Solana | cryptocurrency | €20 | €5,000 |
| TRX, BNB, DOGE, Solana and Cardano | cryptocurrency | €20 | €5,000 |
Eighteen named routes carry money out of a WestAce Casino account, and fifteen of them are cryptocurrency. USDT alone appears on four networks and USDC on two, which is where the count comes from.

The figures above are the ones published for an account set to euro. Country and currency both change them, so the limits shown against an individual account are the ones that apply rather than these.
Fourteen of the fifteen WestAce crypto routes start at €20 and Bitcoin starts at €60. That is three times the crypto minimum and six times the €10 floor on cards and wallets.
Network cost rather than WestAce policy is the reason a Bitcoin withdrawal carries a higher floor than a Litecoin or a Dogecoin one, and it is the one figure in the table that has nothing to do with our own policy.
For a small payout the practical consequence is straightforward. Below €60 the Bitcoin route is closed, while every other crypto route is open from €20 and the fiat routes from €10.
Skrill and every WestAce crypto route top out at €5,000 per withdrawal. A card withdrawal tops out at €3,000 and Mifinity at €2,500, which makes the two most familiar routes the two narrowest ones.
The spread between the highest ceiling and the lowest is a factor of two, and it sits entirely on the fiat side. Someone withdrawing €4,000 in one transaction has Skrill or cryptocurrency available and does not have the card.
Every one of the eighteen routes shares the same €5,000 withdrawal limit set against the Leather tier of our VIP Club, so the per-transaction ceiling and the tier ceiling meet at the same figure on most routes.
Fourteen groupings cover the WestAce casino and several of them describe a mechanic rather than a theme. Bonus Buys and Megaways name how a game is played; Streamers’ Choice and Provider of the Week name where a selection came from.

Named titles across our current listings include Thunder Step, Piggy Bankroll Vault Smash, Trophy Rush Triple Boost, Book of Ra Magic, Born in Hell, Gates of Olympus 1000 and Bonanza Billion, with an Amusnet Cash Bomb promotion running beside them.
Return to player belongs to the studio that built each game rather than to us, so the figure quoted for a title elsewhere is the figure that applies at WestAce as well.
Nine live groupings run on the same balance as the slots. Gold Saloon and International Tables sit apart from the standard roulette and blackjack rooms, and game shows are filed separately again because a presenter-led round is not dealt the way a card table is.

Live Cashback at 25% is attached to this part of the account specifically. It is the highest cashback rate we publish and it applies where the pace of a round is set by a dealer rather than by the player.
Six WestAce jackpot groupings run as a section of their own rather than inside the slot listing. Two live figures on our current floor show the range: €18,609.30 on Piggy Bankroll Vault Smash and €108,210.41 on Trophy Rush Triple Boost.
The larger of those two is nearly six times the smaller, and both move as play continues. A daily jackpot and a hot jackpot behave differently again, because one resets on a clock and the other grows until it is won.
The WestAce betting side covers football, American football, tennis, table tennis, basketball, baseball and ice hockey, with live betting, virtual sports and horse racing listed as their own sections.

WestAce horse racing carries an offer of its own at 50% up to €50, and Build your bet returns half a losing custom bet up to the same €50. Accumulator Boost and the two goals payout sit above them with €100,000 and €50,000 attached.
Sports challenges ask for a minimum stake of €15.00 at odds of 2.0 or better on pre-match or live markets, which makes them the only WestAce tasks with a price condition as well as a stake condition.
One WestAce registration covers the casino, the live floor, the jackpot room, the sportsbook, live betting, virtual sports and horse racing, along with the VIP Club, the challenges and the Shop.

WestAce runs in English and accounts can be held in euro or in cryptocurrency, with the country and currency selected on the account deciding which payment routes and which limits apply.
Our terms and conditions, cookies notice and responsible gambling material are published in full, and we accept customers aged eighteen and over only.
WestAce runs directly in a mobile browser, so there is no separate app to install from the App Store or Google Play. The mobile version gives access to the full casino lobby, live tables, sportsbook, jackpots, cashier, Coin Shop, VIP area and active promotions from the same account used on desktop. The layout adapts to iOS and Android screens, and the same balance, bonuses and account settings remain available when switching devices.

Players can also add WestAce to the home screen for faster access without installing a native application. Deposits, withdrawals, live betting and account management all work through the browser, while the live chat stays available from mobile pages as well.
WestAce provides customer support 24/7 through live chat and email. Live chat is the fastest option for account questions, bonus issues, deposits, withdrawals and verification, while email is better suited to detailed requests or cases that require documents.

The Help Centre is split into practical sections including Technical, Withdrawals, General, Bonuses & Promotions, Casino, Sportsbook, Deposits and My Account & Verification. This gives players a self-service option for common questions before contacting the support team directly.
WestAce accepts customers aged eighteen and over only, and our responsible gambling material is published alongside the account terms.
Two figures above are worth carrying into a first deposit. A 400% match means a €1,000 payment becomes €5,000 of balance, four fifths of which is bonus money, and a 25% cashback ceiling of €200 describes an €800 loss rather than a gift. A limit agreed before the first payment is easier to keep than one agreed afterwards.
